Marshal Coleman is a member of the New York bar, and is admitted to practice law in the courts of the State of New York, and the Federal Courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts. He has been practicing law for 39 years and maintains a law suite at 11 Broadway in New York City. His practice of law includes the following areas:
- Consumer Defense/Commercial Litigation including defense of all consumer claims and business and retail claims throughout New York State.
- Defense of personal injury matters for those clients who are without liability insurance coverage
- Personal injury claims and litigation, including accidents involving automobiles, defective products, premises slip and falls, construction accidents, pedestrian accidents and accidents within buildings.

Marshal Coleman was born in Plainview, New York in 1955. He graduated from Binghamton University and from California Western School of Law. After receiving his initial training with the Greater New York Mutual Insurance Company and as a personal injury and commercial litigation associate in a Manhattan law firm, he started his own law practice concentrating in commercial litigation, consumer defense and personal injury matters. His office is located at 32 Broadway, Suite 1710, New York, New York in lower Manhattan's financial district. He currently resides in New York, New York.
Mr. Coleman is currently a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and is a panel member of the New York City Bar Association's Legal Referral Service. He also a panel attorney representing members of the New York Hotel & Motel Trades Council and Hotel Association of New York City, Inc.
